My name is Mariam and The Sugar Cube was a dream of mine for many years now. I became a barista in late 2019, working at your typical chain coffeeshop and even a mom and pop shop. I've spent the last few years gaining as much knowledge about coffee and matcha as I could, and now I'm ready to share that with you.

There's something so sacred about being a barista, and that's the connection we make with others over that cozy cup of Joe.

One day you'll be able to walk into The Sugar Cube as a coffeehouse but for now let's have a latte for later.
